Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 July 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating (and clicking on the refer now link) in the Mapped Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Referral Terms”). If you do not agree to these Referral Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to all members of the general public. Referrals must be submitted via official Mapped channels (e.g., referral form) as highlighted above.
3. Candidate Referral
Reward: SGD $300 per successful candidate placement.
Eligibility Criteria: The referred individual must not be actively represented by Mapped in the past 1 year of the referral.
The candidate may exist in our database but must not have been contacted or submitted to any client within the past 1 year.
Payment Terms: Referral bonus is payable within 30 days after the candidate has completed 3 months / 6 months of probation based on the terms agreed with the client. Only once the fees are paid by the client, shall the payment be transferred by the Mapped Company account to the specific account of the referrer. Only one referral reward will be paid per candidate. In the case of duplicate referrals, the first verified referrer will receive the bonus.
4. Client Referral
Reward: SGD $1,000 per successful client placement.
Eligibility Criteria: The referred individual must not be actively working with Mapped in the past 1 year of the referral. It could be a client Mapped has worked with in the past or recruited for previously.
A “client” is defined as a hiring manager, HR contact, or senior leader with budget authority or hiring responsibility.
Payment Terms: Referral bonus is payable within 30 days after the candidate has completed 3 months / 6 months of probation based on the terms agreed with the client. Only once the fees are paid by the client, shall the payment be transferred by the Mapped Company account to the specific account of the referrer. Only one referral reward will be paid per client. 5. Exclusions
Self-referrals and internal employee hires are not eligible for referral rewards. Referred candidates or clients who were already in active discussions with Mapped (as verified via CRM logs) will not be eligible.
6. Confidentiality
All referral submissions will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of recruitment and business development.
7. Amendments
Mapped reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Referral Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website or internal portal.
8. Governing Law
These Referral Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
